Delivery Rate

Delivery for orders within Malaysia are as follow:

1. Pos Ekspress RM4 - Only for 1-2 bracelets.
2. Pos Ekspress RM6 - You can choose this shipping method for all items, but the quantity must less than 5 items.
3. Pos Laju ( Rate based on weight of the items) - This is the recommended shipping option. Suitable for all items.

As for International orders please send an e-mail to habibah.ismail@sabahaccessories.com . Make sure you quote the model of the item(s) and the delivery address in your e-mail. We will reply to you with the delivery cost as soon as possible.

Delivery Policy

Domestic orders (within Malaysia) are typically shipped within 1-3 business days of completion of payment. International orders are shipped once a week. Approximate door-to-door delivery time is as follows:

Within Malaysia : 2-7 days via Pos Laju or Pos Express

International : 7-21 days via Pos Laju EMS

We cannot be held responsible for loss or theft of items once they have been shipped. To help eliminate delivery problems, make sure the delivery address you have provided is complete and correctly spelled. We shall update you with the shipment tracking number(s) to help you track the shipments.

Return Policy

We do our best to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Each item is carefully inspected before delivery to ensure that it meets our standards of quality. Our business depends largely on our customer's satisfaction on the quality of our products. Because of this, we take quality very seriously.

All items are packed first with bubble wraps and then the Pos Ekspress envelope or box if you choose Pos Laju. We have ensure that all items are in perfect condition (unless mentioned anywhere on the product page). We cannot be held responsible for any defect to the items during the shipment process.
